Is a restorative day designed to support mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. In a peaceful nurturing environment, moms receive expert care, education and time to reset and relax.
The retreat includes educational sessions from a lactation consultant, gentle movement from a pelvic floor therapist, chiropractic care, sex after having a baby discussion with a expert sex therapist, and relaxing massages all in one day.
Light snacks provided.

Prenatal & Postnatal Sessions

Our full immersive experience combining both educational sessions and wellness offerrings. Throughout the weekend, mothers will receive guided discussions, healing bodywork, educational sessions, restorative meals, gentle movement and opportunity for rest and connection in a supportive environment, Thid retreat will include a private room and ensuite bath. Overnight newborn support from postpartum nurses included. VIP welcome gifts and treats. All meals included with your stay.

Half Day Morning Experience
9am-1pm

A nurturing daytime experience focused on education and gentle movement and meaningful connections with other mothers. The morning will include educational sessions with a lactation consultant, pelvic floor therapist, mental health therapist, midwife, postpartum nurses and doula, Lunch provided.
Half Day Afternoon Experience
2pm-6pm
$225
An afternoon experience focused on relaxation and restoration. Mothers will enjoy calming wellness services such as massage therapy, chiropractic care, sound bath therapy and other restorative practices designed to help the body heal and relax. Dinner provided.

Meet the Heart Behind Embrace
Connie Brandt is a mother/baby registered nurse with over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for postpartum care. As a mom of two, she’s lived the highs and lows of early motherhood—both as a having experienced both teenage motherhood and motherhood as an adult.
Connie created Embrace Postnatal Retreat to give new moms the rest, support, and compassion they often miss after birth. Rooted in her faith and love for community, her mission is simple: to make sure every mother feels cared for, empowered, and never alone.
